Blazer Jobs is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to support students in Tavares, FL. This full-time, school-year role provides opportunities to make a meaningful impact while working with a collaborative educational team.
Position Overview:

Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday

Employment Type: Local W-2 or Travel Contract

Pay Range: $40 $50/hour
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct PT services to K12 students in individual and group settings

Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
-
Collaborate with educators, special educators, and families to support student needs
-
Maintain accurate documentation of services, assessments, and student progress

Participate in IEP meetings and related student support activities
Requirements:

Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy
-
Active Florida PT license
-
Experience in school-based PT preferred
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills
-
K12 experience highly valued
